Job Summary We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs. Benefits $32,000 base plus potential for much more! Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services. Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts Meeting Sales Goals Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints Qualifications Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & out's Fantastic communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
