Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B sales outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct high-end sales consultations, showcasing vehicle features and benefits tailored to each customer's needs. Negotiate deals effectively by leveraging strong communication skills, B2B sales experience, and dealership knowledge to close sales confidently. Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales support records. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear information about automobile options, financing plans, and dealership processes while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Skills Proven experience in automotive or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B transactions. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred. Demonstrated success in outbound sales strategies including cold calling and public speaking engagements. Familiarity with CRM software for managing the sales pipeline and customer relationships effectively. Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for efficient dealership operations. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately to support pricing strategies and deal structuring. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette to foster positive interactions.
