Job Description
Join our team as a Marketing & Sales Associate and gain hands-on experience in fast-paced, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns. This is a fully in-person role focused on interacting directly with customers, promoting client services, and creating positive customer experiences through professional, one-on-one communication. We are seeking outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in energetic environments. As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you'll engage with customers face-to-face, explain products and promotions, answer questions, and help drive new customer acquisitions. Every Marketing & Sales Associate receives hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support to build valuable communication, leadership, and sales skills. The ideal Marketing & Sales Associate is confident, team-oriented, adaptable, and excited to grow in a people-focused role centered around direct customer interaction. Marketing & Sales Associate Responsibilities Represent client products and services through face-to-face marketing and sales interactions about AT&T Fiber Engage directly with customers in person and create positive first impressions Build rapport with customers and answer questions about products, promotions, and services Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their goals Work closely with fellow Marketing & Sales Associate team members to achieve campaign goals Help generate new customer acquisitions through in-person outreach and presentations Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm during all customer interactions Collaborate with leadership to improve customer engagement strategies Attend team meetings and ongoing training designed for every Marketing & Sales Associate Contribute to a fun, competitive, and team-oriented work environment Marketing & Sales Associate Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus Previous experience as a customer service representative and sales preferred Strong problem-solving abilities and a sales-oriented mindset A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and a desire to help others Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
