In this role, you'll work directly with local businesses, introducing wireless solutions that help teams communicate faster, operate more efficiently, and scale with confidence. This Sales Associate position is built for entry level candidates who want real exposure to B2B sales. You won't be sitting behind a desk; you'll be out meeting business owners, learning how decisions are made, and helping position a trusted brand in a competitive market. Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities Visit local businesses to introduce AT&T wireless products and explain how they support daily operations Hold direct conversations with decision-makers to understand how their team communicates and where improvements can be made Present solutions that align with each business's size, structure, and workflow while reinforcing the value of the brand Walk clients through service options, pricing, and setup steps in a way that keeps the process simple and efficient Support the full sales cycle, from first conversation to completed enrollment and follow-up Keep track of outreach, client feedback, and completed deals to stay aligned with sales goals Work alongside other Sales Associate team members to strengthen overall brand presence in the Kansas City market Sales Associate Perks & Benefits Entry level training focused on B2B sales, communication, and brand positioning Experience working with a nationally recognized telecommunications brand Weekly pay with uncapped commission incentives tied to individual performance Travel opportunities to conduct market research and expand brand reach Team meetups and events that recognize performance and celebrate wins Aflac insurance options for full-time team members Sales Associate Qualifications Under 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred but not required) Ability to negotiate sales contracts and overturn objections with confidence Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interest in developing both personally and professionally Excited to help a major brand expand into a new market and exceed sales goals This Sales Associate role is a full-time, onsite opportunity centered around direct interaction with business customers and building strong brand presence for AT&T's wireless services.
