In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face that customers see first, providing exceptional service while efficiently managing daily store operations. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help create a welcoming shopping environment, ensuring products are well-stocked, displays are attractive, and customers leave satisfied. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory Assist in stocking shelves, organizing products, and managing inventory levels through regular stock checks Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, guiding product selections, and resolving issues promptly Support store supervision by supervising team members during shifts when needed and ensuring smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math skills Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base Experience in supervising or leading a team is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product presentation strategies Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks associated with stocking and organizing products Join us as a Store Clerk and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
