Summer Boutique Associate (Seasonal) Fiorella's Boutique | Mission, KS Fiorella's Boutique is a women-owned boutique in Mission, Kansas, focused on helping women feel confident through intentional, elevated style. We are currently hiring 1-2 Summer Boutique Associates to join our team. This is a part-time, seasonal position ideal for students or individuals looking for a flexible, hands-on retail experience in a fun and fast-paced environment. Position Overview As a Boutique Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging in-store experience for our customers while supporting day-to-day store operations. This is not a passive retail role — we are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, interacting with customers, and being part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, providing styling support and product recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Assist with inventory tasks including tagging, restocking, and organizing merchandise Support in-store events and occasional after-hours and/or offsite events Participate in social media content creation (photos, videos, try-ons) Qualifications Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable on camera and participating in social media content Ability to take initiative and stay productive during downtime Reliable and punctual Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, growing business environment Schedule & Availability Store hours: 7 days a week, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Flexible scheduling available Must be available some weekends Occasional evening/after-hours event availability preferred Compensation & Perks $13-$14 per hour, depending on experience Employee discount Free products depending on role and job performance Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail, merchandising, and marketing Potential for long-term growth based on performance About Our Team Fiorella's Boutique is a team of women from all stages of life who support one another and create a positive, welcoming environment for both customers and each other.
