ABOUT APPLIANCE SHARK
We are a growing appliance sales and repair company that moves at the speed of a small business on the rise. We sell, we fix, we create content, and we take care of customers- all under one roof.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work the sales floor- engage customers, answer questions, close sales Assist with content creation
- filming, appearing on camera, helping produce social media videos Type in real time to capture live conversations accurately as they happen Handle customer interactions across in-store and online channels Manage multiple responsibilities at the same time without losing quality Build and support social media profiles and content Lift and move appliances
- this is physical work, must be able to lift 50 lbs
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
The ability to multitask at a high level- this is non-negotiable Fast and accurate typing
- you will be capturing spoken dialogue in real time Comfort with technology, smartphones, and social media platforms A charismatic, outgoing personality
- you enjoy being around people Sales instincts
- you know how to connect with people and move them toward a decision A self-starter attitude
- you see what needs to be done and you do it Ability to lift 50 pounds
BONUS POINTS IF
YOU... Speak Spanish in addition to English- a big plus in our market Have experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts Have any background in retail, sales, or customer service Are comfortable on camera and have a natural presence
