What You'll Do Welcome and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm Guide customers through luxury jewelry and timepiece selections with confidence and creativity Build lasting relationships that keep clients returning for life's milestones Contribute your ideas and artistic eye to merchandising, special events, and displays Collaborate with an experienced, supportive team to deliver five-star service every day
What We're Looking For Experience:
1-3 years of jewelry or luxury sales experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person!
Personality:
Approachable, polished, and passionate about working with people
Skills:
Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who thrives in a team environment
Flexibility:
Available to work days, weekends, holidays, and special events
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable with computers and point-of-sale systems
Position Details Job Types:
Full-time or Part-time Pay:
Hourly Pay (based on experience) + Performance Based Pay equal to $45,000 - $100,000+
Schedule:
