  • About the Role As a full-time commissioned sales consultant at Crowley Furniture & Mattress you will provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience in our store.
You will work one on one with our customers to help find them the perfect product that fits their home. The minimum pay for this job is $40,000 annually, and the growth potential is over $100,000 (based on actual income of top Overland Park Sales Consultants). We expect a consultant who consistently performs to earn $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Your Daily Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to help find product that fits their home furnishing needs
  • Provide & demonstrate knowledge of product and sales promotions to customers
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to build sales & increase productivity
  • Establish a relationship with customers that will lead to repeat customer interactions
  • Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions
