Part Time Key Holder - Store Lead

Key Holder / Store Associate Lead All for Moms Foundation is hiring a Key Holder / Store Associate Lead for our thrift store team. We're looking for someone dependable, motivated, and comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is ideal for someone with previous retail or customer service experience who enjoys thrifting, organization, and working with people.

Position Details Pay:

$15/hour

Hours:

10-20 hours per week

Starting Age:

18+ Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience required Open availability for opening and closing shifts Must be reliable, personable, and self-motivated Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable leading shifts and working independently Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) Opening and closing the store Assisting customers and handling register transactions Supervising sales floor operations during shifts Organizing and stocking merchandise Assisting with donations Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation Supporting day-to-day store operations and team communication Store Hours 10 am- 8 pm Opening shifts begin at 9 AM Closing shifts may run until after 8 PM most nights, up to 9 PM.
