KC Insight Horizons is looking for an ambitious Bilingual Sales Associate to help local businesses throughout the Kansas City area discover AT&T's wireless products and services. As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you'll meet directly with business owners and decision-makers, build professional relationships, and help organizations identify solutions that support their day-to-day operations and long-term growth. Every Bilingual Sales Associate plays an important role in helping customers understand available solutions while creating meaningful business relationships. Bilingual Sales Associate Key Responsibilities Meet directly with local businesses to discuss AT&T wireless products and service offerings Build relationships with business owners, managers, decision-makers, and prospective customers throughout the community Learn how to identify customers' needs and recommend tailored solutions Deliver professional presentations focused on value, connectivity, and business growth Use strong communications skills to create positive experiences for customers Participate in ongoing Bilingual Sales Associate training focused on customer acquisition, professional communications, and business development Track activity and performance goals while developing a deeper understanding of the sales process Represent both KC Insight Horizons and AT&T with professionalism and integrity during every interaction with customers Support outreach initiatives designed to connect more customers with AT&T solutions What We're Looking For Strong verbal communications skills and confidence interacting with new people Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish strongly encouraged, but all additional languages are welcome) Customer service, outreach, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Interest in building relationships with customers and developing professionally as a Bilingual Sales Associate Benefits of the Bilingual Sales Associate Role Weekly pay Uncapped commission and performance bonuses Aflac insurance for full-time Bilingual Sales Associates Professional development focused on leadership, communications, and business growth Travel opportunities and networking events Biweekly team nights (TopGolf is a favorite!)
