We are currently hiring an Entry Level Management Associate to support our growing team in Overland Park. In this role, you will work directly with customers to simplify service options, explain plan details clearly, and help them choose solutions that fit their needs. You'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales strategy, preparing you to confidently guide conversations and manage the enrollment process from start to finish. As an Entry Level Management Associate, you'll also develop skills in organization, account management, and communication, ensuring each interaction is efficient, informative, and professional. This position is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in sales and grow into leadership opportunities over time. Core Functions of the Entry Level Management Associate Take ownership of customer accounts by guiding each customer through selecting, enrolling in, and getting started with the right AT&T Fiber internet plan, while developing a strong foundation in account management and decision-making. Build ongoing relationships through consistent check-ins, strengthening trust while learning how to manage and grow a pipeline—an essential skill for future leadership roles. Follow up after initial setup to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities to expand the account's value, gaining hands-on experience in problem-solving and customer retention strategies. Present AT&T Fiber plans, speed tiers, and promotions in a clear, professional way, while developing communication and coaching skills used in team leadership and training environments. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, service updates, and follow-ups, reinforcing time management and operational discipline expected in management positions. Contribute to overall team performance by supporting sales goals, while being cross-trained in leadership responsibilities such as mentoring new team members, assisting with onboarding, and learning how to track and improve team results. Participate in ongoing management training focused on leadership development, team coordination, and performance tracking to prepare for advancement into higher-level roles. Professionalism in handling sensitive account changes and customer inquiries. Strong relationship-building skills to maintain long-term customer accounts.
