We are more than a shipping store, we help customers with packing, shipping, printing, mailbox services, document services, and business solutions every day. Position Summary The Retail Customer Service Associate delivers exceptional customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for shipment, assisting with printing and document services, operating laminating and binding equipment, operating point-of-sale equipment, and providing solutions that meet customers' needs. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, enjoys working with people, is comfortable using computers and technology, and takes pride in providing a positive customer experience.
