We maintain an inventory of over 800 vehicles at any one time. Our people work in a virtually fail-proof selling system. Initially, you will partner with a dedicated mentor/leader to help you every step of the way! Responsibilities Professionally assist potential customers by matching their automotive desires, needs, and budget to the appropriate car. Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; and inspecting automobiles. Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers' requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales, and negotiating price. Provide sales management information by completing reports. Qualifications
- Salespeople with NO experience in the Automotive Industry. We will train you to sell cars "Our Way."
- Salespeople with previous Automotive Experience but always thought to themselves, "There has to be a better way to do this."
- People with previous Retail, Customer Service, or Restaurant Experience who are looking for more income.
- Self-motivated people with a desire to win and achieve.
- We can teach skills and knowledge, but we cannot teach talent, energy, positive attitude, character, and drive.
