Store Clerk (Liquor Store)

Flexible Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Evening Clerk to join our liquor store team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions Check IDs to verify legal age requirements for alcohol purchases Restock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Monitor inventory and notify management of low or missing stock Close the store following established procedures and ensure security of premises
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Reliable and punctual, with consistent availability for scheduled shifts Willing to drive to Maize, Kansas for work.
