Job Description
Cloud Retail Shop is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of our store, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate is a motivated, reliable, and personable individual who is passionate about retail and enjoys helping people find the right products to fit their needs. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage with customers in a welcoming and professional manner. Actively listen to customer needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations on our products. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment with precision. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular counts. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current promotions. Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed store sales goals. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills and experience with cash handling. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
