About Us:
Furniture Traders is one of the biggest furniture and mattress Liquidation store in Kansas. Dedicated to helping customers find quality furniture at exceptional value. We are looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with people and are driven by sales success.
Position Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting furniture, mattresses, and home furnishings that fit their needs, style, and budget. You will build relationships with customers, provide excellent service, and help drive store sales while maintaining a professional showroom environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture and mattress solutions. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and financing options. Create sales tickets and process customer transactions accurately. Assist customers with financing applications and explain available programs. Follow up with customers regarding purchases, deliveries, and special orders. Maintain showroom appearance and ensure merchandise is properly displayed. Help arrange and move furniture as needed. Assist with inventory management and product tagging. Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, products, and pricing. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Work closely with management to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Pay:
$12.00 - $20.00 per hour
