Full Time Our company is expanding and looking for dependable, hardworking Weatherization Crew Members to join our team. We service the entire bottom half of the state of Kansas, which requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, travel, and being part of a high performance crew.
Position Overview:
Weatherization Crew Members perform energy efficiency improvements on residential properties. Work includes insulation, air sealing, minor repairs, and general construction related tasks. The job requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a variety of environments. Key Responsibilities Install insulation in attics, walls, and crawlspaces Perform airsealing tasks (caulking, foam, weatherstripping) Assist with general weatherization and minor home repairs Work in enclosed areas such as attics and crawlspaces Climb ladders and work at various heights Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials Follow safety protocols and company procedures Travel across southern Kansas counties as required Schedule & Travel Requirements Some overnight travel required Flexible schedule needed for early mornings and late evenings due to travel Must be willing to work up to 6 days per week during busy seasons Qualifications Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Reliable transportation to and from the shop Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum Ability to work in tight, enclosed spaces Ability to climb ladders and perform physically demanding tasks Detailoriented and able to follow instructions Construction experience preferred Helpful Experience (Not Required but a Plus) Framing Drywall Roofing Painting Concrete work
