Job Description

Don Franklin Campbellsville is currently seeking Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will be the key driver of our sales efforts, engaging with customers both in person and through outbound channels to showcase our vehicle inventory. Your enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and customer-focused approach will help turn prospects into satisfied owners. This position offers uncapped earning potential and pay plan details will be discussed during the interview process. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and Saturday work is required. Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles and upsell additional features or services effectively Negotiate terms and close deals confidently, ensuring a positive experience for the customer while meeting dealership sales targets Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear communication, professional phone etiquette, and personalized support throughout the sales process Skills Proven experience in automobile sales required Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell and maximize each sales opportunity Strong organizational skills for managing a sales pipeline and inventory effectively Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is essential Outstanding communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities, to engage confidently with clients Knowledge of automotive industry practices such as dealership operations, inventory control, cold calling techniques, and marketing strategies Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us at Don Franklin Auto Group where your passion for cars meets your talent for sales!
