Job Requirements Eligibility Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located Must be 21 years of age or older Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation methods Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Other Willingness Requirements Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help customers and accomplish work Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently Job Assets (i.e., nice to have; not required)Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Cannabis retail experience is a plus but not required Ability to use standard office equipment, computer software, and a quick understanding of the State tracking system Role Specific Details Team Work Lead by example, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all team members and customers Mentor and guide budtenders, promoting their growth and development Serve as a liaison between store management and staff, ensuring clear communication and alignment Customer Experience Oversee the maintenance of a clean, welcoming retail environment Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and tact Ensure you and all staff are providing consistent, high-quality customer service Implement and monitor customer service standards and selling techniques Education Attend ongoing training to expand product knowledge, selling skills and updates to company policies and procedures Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance across all store operations Assist in relaying and holding the team accountable to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) Store Performance Monitor and analyze daily sales reports, communicating trends and areas for improvement to store management. Set and communicate daily sales targets and key metrics to the team Collaborate with store management to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average transaction value and units per transaction Inventory/Operations Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and safe management Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations Manage inventory levels, including placing orders and receiving deliveries Ensure compliance with all security protocols and cash management procedures Support in daily schedule activities such as organizing breaks, communicating lateness, and call-offs Marketing Embody Speakeasy's brand spirit and commitment to industry-leading cannabis products/experiences Implement and monitor in-store marketing initiatives Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns Ensure all staff are knowledgeable about current promotions and able to communicate them effectively to customers Leadership and Security Make decisions in the absence of store management, using sound judgment Respond to and manage any security issues or emergencies according to established protocols Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements Assist in staff scheduling and coverage to maintain optimal store operation Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Job Type:
