Full-Time Compensation:
$3,000/month base + 5% commission on revenue Job Overview Mobility Equipment Lexington is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help customers find the right mobility and accessibility solutions to improve their independence, safety, and quality of life. You will sell and rent Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Accessibility Equipment , including mobility scooters, lift chairs, stair lifts, ramps, hospital beds, wheelchairs, bathroom safety products, and other related equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact in customers' lives. Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online leads Recommend appropriate DME and accessibility solutions based on customer needs Sell and coordinate rentals of medical and mobility equipment Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on leads Build relationships with customers, caregivers, healthcare providers, and referral partners Maintain product knowledge on mobility and accessibility equipment Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Keep showroom organized, welcoming, and professional Support basic administrative tasks related to sales and rentals Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Experience in medical equipment, healthcare, retail sales, or home improvement is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing customer needs and recommending solutions Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Basic computer proficiency (email, POS systems, CRM, etc.) Ability to lift or move light equipment as needed Valid driver's license required Schedule Monday•
Friday:
10:00 AM•6:00
PM Optional Saturday Shift:
10:00 AM•2:00
PM Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$3,000/month
Commission:
