ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Representative for Clint Conrad State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
Compensation:
$50,000-$100,000 per year Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
