Chicken Cock Whiskey is seeking welcoming, detail-driven professionals to join our Louisville satellite team as Host / Retail / Operations Support. This hybrid role is the guest's first point of contact and the backbone of our daily flow. A combination of hospitality, brand storytelling, and operational excellence. As we bring our Bardstown legacy to life in Louisville, we're looking for team members who bring warmth, professionalism, and a passion for bourbon to the front lines.What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests and guide them through their visit — from check-in to goodbye
- Support our retail experience: sharing product knowledge, assisting with sales, and maintaining a polished brand space
- Manage reservations, guest flow, and operational needs.
- Serve as a storyteller and brand host connecting guests to the Chicken Cock legacy
What We're Looking For:
- Warm, professional, and people-centered
- Confident communicator with attention to detail
- Some experience in hosting, retail, and front-of-house operations preferred
- Passionate about bourbon, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
