Job Description

Automotive Parts Counter Clerk Larry Stovesand Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Parts Counter Clerk to join our team in Paducah, KY!
Automotive Parts Counter Clerk Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail or sales environment preferred Previous experience at an Automotive Dealership a plus! Exceptional organizational skills Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills Strong ability to document information Attention to detail Automotive Parts Counter Clerk Responsibilities Field general inquiries about parts inventory Assist customers with questions about vehicle parts, including options and pricing based on make and model Assist the Parts manager in all functions of distributing parts to technicians, waiting on retail customers, etc. Facilitate ordering of parts based on customer needs and service center requirements Conduct inventory audits of parts for service department Communicate with management about pricing options for restocking of inventory Complete orders for parts and manage tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery Effectively document receipts of part purchases Transport parts between inventory stockroom and service department as needed
