  • Part-time, Full-time We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic team members to join our Dairy Queen front counter team for daytime shifts.
As a Day Shift Cashier / Ice Cream Maker, you will help create a great customer experience by taking orders, preparing our famous frozen treats, and keeping the front area clean and organized throughout the day. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and being part of a positive team atmosphere during busy daytime hours. Responsibilities Greet customers and take orders at the front counter and register Prepare ice cream treats including Blizzards, sundaes, cones, and shakes Handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workspace throughout the shift Follow food safety guidelines and store procedures Work with team members to provide fast, friendly, and efficient daytime service Help keep the lobby and front counter area welcoming for customers Qualifications No experience required — training provided Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working daytime and lunch rush hours Schedule Day Shift Morning & Afternoon Availability Preferred Weekend Availability is a Plus Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement
