In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with product selection, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding service throughout the sales process. Duties
- Greet and assist customers in-store and via phone/email
- Follow up with leads and existing customers as needed
- Provide product information and guidance on countertops and cabinetry
- Maintain customer relationships and manage follow-up calls
- Process orders, quotes, and basic paperwork
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams
- Assist with basic computer tasks and record-keeping Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound customer calls
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn about countertop and cabinetry products Preferred (Plus):
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Experience with Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Basic design or visualization skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience
