Join our Cricket Wireless team and help customers find the best wireless solutions for their needs. We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. Similar Cricket Wireless retail sales roles focus on helping customers select phones, plans, and accessories while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in English and Spanish Sell Cricket Wireless phones, plans, accessories, and services Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets Educate customers on products, promotions, and features Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Assist with inventory, merchandising, and marketing events
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Sales or retail experience preferred, but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and point-of-sale systems Goal-oriented with a desire to earn commission and bonuses
