Full Job Description Description:
A growing bulk bag company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to provide administrative and customer support to our Outside Sales Team. This position plays a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, and sales operations run efficiently. Candidates with experience in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, or other detail-oriented are encouraged to apply. This position requires strong analytical skills, data verification, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced bullpen environment , possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Outside Sales Representatives. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently; review and validate sales data for accuracy and completeness. verify pricing, quantities, and customer information before order entry. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Assist with preparing customer quotes, proposals, and sales-related correspondence. Serve as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, warehouse personnel, and management. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules. Monitor orders from entry through delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Review and validate sales data for accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to orders, pricing, customer information, and inventory. Generate reports and assist with sales tracking and performance metrics. Maintain organized files and documentation in accordance with company's policies and procedures. Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, data entry, or related administrative roles preferred but not required. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Exceptional mindfulness and commitment to accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to handle customer conversations by phone, email, and in person. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field but not required. Experience reviewing financial, pricing, or inventory-related data.
