Sales Associate / Bridal Stylist

At L Bridal Couture , we believe every bride deserves a magical, unforgettable experience. Our boutique is known for intimate appointments, breathtaking gowns, and the most beautiful bridal shop you've ever seen. From the moment a bride walks through our doors, we create memories that her and her closest friends/family will cherish forever. We're seeking a hard-working, goal-oriented Bridal Stylist/Assistant who is creative and self-motivated. You should be able to thrive in a chaotic Saturday environment and peaceful independent work during the week.

What You'll Do:

Welcome brides with warmth and guide them to the gown of their dreams ✨ Deliver exceptional, personalized service in an intimate, luxurious setting Manage daily boutique operations with professionalism and attention to detail Steam, clean, and prepare gowns to keep the bride's gown impeccable Assist with fittings, styling sessions, and appointment coordination Create and manage social media content that reflects our brand's beauty and elegance Coordinate and assist with photoshoots, both in-store and on location Maintain the boutique's aesthetic charm, ensuring everything sparkles and everything is clean Receiving bride's gowns/new inventory and preparing them for showroom or for wedding day

What We're Looking For:

A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes initiative and able to work independently A creative eye with experience or interest in social media content creation and visual storytelling Goal-driven, dependable, and detail-oriented A passion for weddings, fashion, and creating extraordinary experiences Strong communication skills and polished presentation Someone who thrives working independently but also enjoys being part of a team Saturdays are required (our most magical day with brides!)
