CIGAR SALES ASSOCIATE
—BIG EASY CIGAR LOUNGE
$15.00 to $18.00 per hour | Full-time | In person | Metairie, Louisiana Big Easy Cigar Lounge is a premium upscale lounge experience in Metairie, Louisiana. We are not a regular retail store. We are a destination. Our guests expect a world-class experience every time they walk through the door, and we need someone who takes that seriously. We will train the right person on cigars. What we cannot train is attitude, drive, and the ability to make every guest feel like a VIP. That has to come from you.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deliver a premium, personalized guest experience that keeps people coming back
- Build genuine relationships with a loyal and diverse clientele
- Assist guests with cigar selection, pairing recommendations, and product knowledge
- Support inventory management and ensure the lounge floor is always stocked and presentable
- Represent Big Easy at outside events with professionalism and brand pride
- Collaborate with the team on social media content and lounge promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment at all times
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A personality that commands attention and makes every guest feel welcome
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Knowledge of cigars or the cigar industry is a strong plus; we will train the right candidate
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without being watched over
- Bilingual a plus
