Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team! Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs Engage with customers to understand their preferences, offering tailored recommendations and solutions Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures Handle basic math calculations for sales totals, discounts, returns, and financial transactions Support loan processing activities when applicable, including explaining options and completing necessary paperwork Maintain knowledge of retail products, financial services, and store promotions to inform customer interactions effectively Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and stocked to create an inviting shopping environment Utilize retail math skills and financial software to record sales data accurately and manage cash registers efficiently Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
