What you will be doing:
Our team of Retail Associates have a great passion for technology and connecting customers to products that enhance their everyday lives through exceptional customer support and technical expertise. We sell solutions-based products and services by building authentic connections with customers that drive long-lasting relationships. The In Store Solutions Expert will work inside a retail store, and be the face of Asurion, delivering award-winning, personalized customer experiences. You will also be cross trained in repairing devices such as phones, tablets, gaming systems and computers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer issues by troubleshooting and checking in their electronic devices
- Consultive approach in offering and selling Asurion Tech Care Services.
- Expand your knowledge of Asurion's products and culture
- Deliver world class and professional customer service
- Flexibility to work at any of our locations in the metro area Here's what you'll bring to the team:
- A passion for solving problems and delivering solutions
- A love for people and the devices that enrich their lives
- One or more years of customer service/retail sales, mobile carrier sales, or outside sales experience strongly preferred
- A willingness to learn and leverage sales resources provided by Asurion
- The ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment
- Motivated to meet and exceed evolving key performance objectives
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
- Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and time management skills
- Must possess the ability to Multitask
- Must have Reliable transportation.
- All candidates are required to pass a Background, Drug Test and have a clear Driving Record.
- Provide additional recommendations to customers in accessories we sell to protect their devices
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive work environment
- Sales experience welcomed, Wireless Carrier Sales preferred
Compensation:
- Competitive pay
- High Commissions on selling Asurion Services, accessories, etc…
- Continuing corporate education and paid training
- Pay increase after 90 days, 1 year and 2 years, contingent on evaluation
