We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Retail Associate to join our growing team. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and engaging retail environment. As a Sales & Retail Associate, you will be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences, assisting with product selection, driving sales, and helping maintain an organized and inviting store atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers with product selection and make knowledgeable recommendations. Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions. Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system. Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales displays. Restock merchandise and ensure products are properly priced and labeled. Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally. Promote featured products, specials, and seasonal offerings. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales goals. Assist with inventory management and general store operations. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and dependable personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage customers and confidently recommend products. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend and holiday availability may be required. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
