The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing intimate wellness products, maintains a judgment-free attitude, and is committed to creating a welcoming shopping experience for all customers. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences. Answer questions about merchandise, including intimate wellness, lingerie, novelty items, and accessories. Operate the cash register and process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Restock inventory and assist with inventory counts. Ensure shelves and displays remain fully stocked and properly labeled. Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special promotions. Verify customer age when required by company policy. Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain professionalism while discussing adult products and sexual wellness topics. Comfortable working in a diverse, inclusive, and judgment-free environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Preferred Skills Retail sales experience. Knowledge of adult novelty, intimate wellness, and lingerie products. Social media or promotional experience is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Work Environment Must be at least 18 years old. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
