Gift Store Job Summary:

Alex and Company is currently a Home Decor and Gift Store with Interiors Design Services. This summer we will be expanding and opening up a women's accessories boutique within the building. We are looking for a friendly, creative and flexible Retail Sales Associate to help join our team this summer. Part time, temporary position throughout the summer

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude Provide product knowledge for home décor and gift items Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system Maintain store cleanliness and organization Restock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with product displays Support seasonal merchandising changes and promotional setups Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
