Retail Assistant / Keyholder (Temporary Pop-Up)

Location:

Boston, MA (The Superette)

Pay Rate:

$20•25/hour (DOE)

Duration:

Mid-May through end of July (Temporary)

Schedule:

40 hours/week | 5 days out of 7 (weekend availability required)

Open to both full-time and part-time candidates About the Opportunity Our client, a globally recognized brand within the sportswear and sustainable fashion space , is launching a summer pop-up retail experience in Boston . They are seeking Retail Assistants and Keyholders to support day-to-day operations and deliver an elevated in-store experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy retail environment with a brand known for its curated, unique product offering and strong global presence. Position Overview This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail, customer experience, and sportswear. You will play a key role in supporting store operations, engaging customers, and contributing to overall sales performance. More experienced candidates will be considered for Keyholder responsibilities , including opening/closing the store and supporting leadership on-site. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Provide a high level of customer service in a welcoming, engaging environment Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases Sales & Performance Support the team in achieving sales targets and store KPIs Build strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers Store Operations Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing (Keyholders) Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards Inventory & Stock Support stock management, replenishment, and deliveries Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate product handling Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Support leadership with day-to-day needs and responsibilities Qualifications Strong interest in retail, sportswear, or fashion Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous retail experience preferred (not required for entry-level) Prior leadership or keyholder experience preferred for senior candidates Why This Role Opportunity to support a high-profile pop-up retail launch Gain experience with a globally recognized brand Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Great short-term opportunity with strong exposure to retail operations This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a unique retail setting while working with a well-established global brand.
