Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Company-Provided Outfits Each Season We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team representing an established Italian women's ready-to-wear brand known for exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and Made-in-Italy quality. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an elevated client experience, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting all aspects of store operations while contributing to sales goals and brand standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Experience Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service and relationship-building. Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive outreach and personalized follow-up. Create a welcoming and luxury-focused shopping experience for all clients. Support client appointments, product inquiries, alterations, repairs, and after-sales service. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain an organized client book and consistently follow up on customer requests and purchases. Consistently represent the brand image through professional appearance and behavior. Client Development & CRM Grow and maintain the customer database through active clienteling efforts. Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty-building activities. Achieve individual CRM goals and ensure accurate customer data collection. Participate in store events and client engagement activities. Visual Merchandising Maintain visual merchandising standards and presentation guidelines. Assist with floor moves, product displays, and window presentations. Support the execution of merchandising directives to ensure a consistent luxury brand image. Operations Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Support opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and stock replenishment. Adhere to security, loss prevention, and safety protocols. Assist with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, and moving merchandise as needed. Stockroom Support Help maintain an organized and efficient stockroom environment. Ensure products and materials are stored and handled according to company standards. Support inventory counts, daily replenishment, and stock control procedures. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in luxury, contemporary, or premium retail sales preferred. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury products. Experience with CRM tools and clienteling is highly preferred. Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed performance goals. Schedule Requirements Open availability is required. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
