Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product features, and driving sales through effective upselling and merchandising. This role involves engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment, managing transactions accurately, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, along with strong communication. The Sales Associate will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving store sales goals. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Assist with phone etiquette to answer questions and direct calls appropriately Support team members Experience Previous experience in retail sales Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Knowledge of upselling techniques, product demos is desirable Join our team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences while developing valuable sales skills in a supportive environment.
