As a vital part of our retail environment, you'll combine inside sales expertise with technical knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Qualified candidates must be committed to assisting the team accomplish goals. Duties Assist customers in selecting the right paints, finishes, and supplies based on their project needs and preferences Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management Upsell complementary products such as brushes, rollers, and related accessories to maximize sales opportunities Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring product availability for customers Create a visually appealing store through merchandising, organization and cleanliness. Support inside sales efforts through effective communication skills and account management with repeat clients Skills Proven experience in retail sales environments with a focus on high-end or specialty products Ability to serve diverse customer bases effectively Hardware Skills a PLUS!! Ability to bend, lift and carry packages up to 75 pounds. Ability to move about our retail sales floor without assistance.
