Job Description
Join our dynamic mall retail team as a Part‑Time Sales Associate , where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create an engaging shopping experience for every customer. You'll be the friendly face on the sales floor, guiding shoppers, answering questions, and helping them find exactly what they need. You will also be part of a growing international program and have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO, gaining unique insight into how the business operates and grows. I In this role, your energy and organizational skills will keep the store well‑stocked, visually appealing, and welcoming. This paid, part‑time position is a great opportunity to build your retail skills while delivering excellent customer service in a busy mall environment. It is especially well‑suited for business, marketing, and art students who want hands‑on experience in retail, branding, and visual presentation. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products Provide helpful information about items, promotions, and store services Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, including cash handling Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor Support merchandising efforts by arranging products and updating signage Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and basic product inquiries Maintain knowledge of product features and seasonal items to better serve customers Collaborate with the CEO on special projects related to the growing international program Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking and merchandising Basic comfort with POS systems and cash handling Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting and stocking Customer‑focused mindset with a friendly, professional attitude Comfort working in a fast‑paced mall environment, including evenings and weekends Interest in learning about international business growth and working closely with leadership This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, want flexible part‑time hours in a lively mall setting, and are excited to contribute to a growing international program while working directly with the CEO.
