About La Bodega Located in the heart of Brewster, La Bodega Boutique is a curated women's boutique featuring unique clothing and accessories. We are a small, passionate team looking for someone who doesn't just want a job, but wants to grow with us and help shape the future of the shop. The Opportunity We are seeking a driven, high-energy individual for a year-round position (4 days a week). This role is perfect for someone who loves the fast pace of retail and is eager to take on more responsibility as the business expands.

What You'll Do/Responsibilities Active Selling :

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Proactively engage with customers to build outfits and drive sales.

Operations & Logistics :

Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures Master our Point of Sale (POS) system and lead the receiving process (unboxing, tagging, and inventory management).

Merchandising :

Keep the floor fresh by restocking and styling new arrivals. Provide detailed information about merchandise, including features and benefits Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays to create an inviting shopping space

Business Support :

Assist with daily shop upkeep and administrative tasks as needed.

Compensation & Growth Hourly Pay :
