POSITION SUMMARY

The Patient Care Agent must provide superior customer service and educational guidance to registered patients and caregivers. The Patient Care Agent must maintain a thorough understanding of medical marijuana varieties, derivatives, and infused products based on current offerings in the Massachusetts market and current cannabis science. The Patient Care Agent must maintain a professional appearance, organized work environment and cleanly facility. Ability to follow a multi-step process to complete patient transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Experience in a fast-paced work environment that protects customer confidentiality, preferred. Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferred. Ability to work in an evolving industry and challenging environment, required. Accurate data-entry and record keeping, required. Experience with inventory and patient management system, preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management abilities, required. Superior customer service skills, required. Patience to work with individuals who are in pain and often short-tempered, required. Experience working with patients and their medical needs, strongly preferred. Experience with assisting Patients in finding the best Cannabinoid Therapy for their ailments, strongly preferred. Proficient in Windows-based software, internet navigation and point of sale software, required. Knowledge of current state and local Massachusetts medical marijuana laws and regulations, required. Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time, required. Additional, as job requires
