We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Budtenders to join our team!

Job Summary :

The Part-Time Budtenders will provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, educating customers about cannabis, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience in our dispensary. You will help maintain inventory, process transactions, and contribute to a welcoming and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their preferences and needs. Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and their effects. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions. Ensure all products are correctly labeled and stored in compliance with state and local laws. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and staff. Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting inventory counts. Help ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations. Answer customer questions about cannabis, products, and store policies in a professional and friendly manner. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed. Support team members and help train new employees when applicable.

Qualifications :

Must be at least 21 years old (per state regulations). Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred). Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods (preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to pass background check (if required by state law).
