SCHEDULEAbility to travel to market locations within assigned regionTimeline mid-July - November 30, 2026 Days and HoursSaturdays, Sundays, and occasional Mondays8-hour shifts (approximately)KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInspire and educate shoppers about the Row 7 brand and vegetable varieties, sharing key culinary and flavor details Prepare, cook, and serve tastings of Row 7 vegetables to shoppers, ensuring that the experience reflects Row 7s culinary excellenceEngage with shoppers on how to prepare Row 7 vegetables at home and answer questions shoppers may have about Row 7 vegetablesSet up inviting product demonstration displays, utilizing Row 7 resources and materials Collaborate with retail partners to ensure demonstration spaces are supplied and replenished with Row 7 vegetablesDrive brand advocacy at the store level by building trusted, lasting relationships with retail team members throughout the seasonAdhere to culinary kit maintenance, inventory, and accountability protocolsDevelop an understanding of and ability to share the Row 7 Culinary Team CurriculumEnsure compliance with food safety best practicesAdministrative responsibilities: make store calls ahead of demos to confirm schedule and product availability. Fill out forms regarding store calls, merchandising, and demos. Escalate any issues to the Regional Manager as needed.

Be eager to take on a customer-facing role and share information with enthusiasmHave a year of culinary, front of house, or agricultural experienceencouraged but not requiredBe comfortable with knives and culinary utensils, or willing to learn with additional instructionBe passionate about food and sustainabilityBe organized, punctual, and professionalBe 18 years of age or olderCan dependably travel to scheduled locations within assigned regionDETAILSThis is a part-time, seasonal, non-exempt (hourly) positionCompensation for this role is $32 per hour
