Front Desk Attendant (part-time; weekends)

About the role Harvard Recreation, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to become the welcoming face of our fitness facilities on the Harvard campus in Cambridge, MA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, staying active, and being part of a vibrant campus community.

Position Details Part-time:

4-15 hours per week Weekend availability required On-campus location in Cambridge, MA Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience a plus. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
