Work for a local company that sells products all over the east coast Currently, 1 Full-time and 1 Seasonal (college summer interns welcome) Fast paced + Great Products As an online e-commerce and internet sales support person, you will help with inbound calls, orders, and questions about a range of great products people love, that are sold across the country. What you will do > Build product knowledge (we train) to help customers who are often online needing questions answered. > Enter orders as needed, follow up on orders that are scheduled to go out, and work with the operations team at times, to insure accurate delivery What will make you successful >Must have great computer skills and open to working mostly on phone and email >Good phone skills and a great with CRM, data.
