Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Retail Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of The Agriculturist, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every visitor feels comfortable and respected. You'll play a key role in creating an experience that resonates with our brand values—mature, sophisticated, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them choose products that suit their needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that reflects the professional image of The Agriculturist. Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, handling cash and card transactions accurately. Stay informed about our product offerings, including strains, edibles, and accessories, to provide informed recommendations. Uphold all state and local regulations related to cannabis sales. Contribute to a positive team environment, working closely with management to meet store goals. Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed. Represent The Agriculturist's brand and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required. A genuine interest in cannabis and a desire to learn more about our products. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.
