Job Overview Join our team as a Golf Shop Retail Associate at Framingham Country Club, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will shine! In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face greeting golfers and visitors, providing expert assistance with retail merchandise, equipment, and event services. Your energy will help create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. Whether managing sales transactions or assisting with special events, your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations and memorable visits for all guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their visit experience Assist customers in selecting golf equipment, apparel, accessories, and other retail items with knowledgeable recommendations Handle register operations accurately, including member billing payments and giving correct change Support event management activities such as tournaments or group outings by coordinating schedules and guest needs Manage guest inquiries professionally, addressing concerns promptly to maintain a positive environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail shop area to ensure an inviting shopping experience Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth daily operations and special event execution Must be available to work morning or evening hours. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality environments is preferred Strong communication skills suitable for guest interactions Ability to handle member billing transactions accurately and responsibly Experience in conflict management and resolving guest concerns effectively Background in retail merchandising is a plus Providing guest services in a resort or hospitality setting is beneficial Additional skills such as golf knowledge Join us to deliver outstanding service in a lively setting where every day offers new opportunities to connect with members and guests helping them enjoy thier day.
