Full-Time Position Overview Colonial Fence Co. is seeking dependable and hardworking shop team members to assist in the daily operations of our fence production and fabrication shop. This position plays an important role in preparing materials, maintaining organization, supporting fabrication crews, and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Assist with fence material preparation and production Load, unload, organize, and move materials throughout the shop and yard Help fabricate and assemble fence panels, gates, and related products Operate basic shop tools and equipment safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, warehouse, and work areas Prepare materials and orders for installation crews Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Support shop foremen and production staff with daily tasks as needed Qualifications Previous construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or shop experience preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the day Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available On-the-job training and growth opportunities Team-oriented work environment #hc246222
