Part-Time Sales Associate

The Sales Associate position is a great way to get your foot in the door of a growing, niche boutique that's optimizing the retail model of casual-luxury goods in a hybrid brick-and-mortar/online experience. As Sales Associate, you'll receive a competitive wage and enjoy access to a generous 40% employee discount•. Currently, we're hiring someone to work Fridays and Saturdays. More days will be available in the busier holiday season. Primary responsibilities of the role include: Greeting and receiving customers in a welcoming manner. Providing outstanding customer service, including helping customers find items and suggesting alternatives and styling when appropriate. Providing customer assistance in person, over the phone, and online. Checking customers out when they are ready to complete their purchase. Assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise and shipping supplies. This includes being able to walk up and down flights of stairs carrying up to 20 pounds. Packaging and mailing orders made on the online store. Helping to keep the store neat and tidy.

Education and Experience Requirements:

No education requirement; current high school students looking to pick up a few hours after school and on the weekends are encouraged to apply 0-1 years of retail experience required, but previous experience is a plus and a willingness to learn the ropes is what's most important! •Some restrictions may apply.
